policy number 623680112 I am receiving messages of gaps in r/o this policy. the same is being deducted from my salary since begining. Even after sending emails on the given address no one is replying neither any response on official phone. Kindly look in to the issue and resolve

Sir, Iam a Railway Employee, I have surrendered my policy on December 15 2020 and it was a salary deduction. Further I got the surrendered policy amount in January 2021, but still they are deducting in my salary... haven't you sent it to our divisional office... please do clarify me sir... thank you

And paying premium to shiomaga lic office bt got a call frm lic shivamogga tht policy not transffered frm bangalore residency road branch... And am trying to contact branch but no. Always busy and in status showing premium pending frm july 2020..policy no 361502958 plz let me knw the further details
howto compute surrender value or paid up value of a policy
