My father is a Conducter in BMTC but he expired on 12/04/2020.But all his LIC Policies maintained in 61A BASAVANAGUDI BRANCH, So i applied his policy for DEATH CLAIM on 01/06/2020 of policy number 361310322, 361221372, 611458558, 611585708 but still policy amount we didn't get.nearly 2 months 7 days over i am not getting any response from the branch. We visited the 2 or many times they will tell within a week we will settle the money but already 45 days over they have not settled. Please help us for settlement. Otherwise my family is ready to come through Media & Court.
I have surrendered my policy on 17th Oct 2020, but I have recived any update on that till date.. I have also raised complaint and sent to respective department but still no response from them.. very disappointed this LIC service.. pathetic service from LIC
Sir, I have policy in your branch and I need the change of address. I have given a letter n aadhaar copy for change of address. So till now there is no response from your office. My policy no.is 61A 614581771. So pls let me know what should I do to change the address
My father in-law expired in previous year . I visit your office 10 times no use. I called so many times no response... I didn't get our lic amount yet.
