My policy No 361152650 was metured. I have submitted the documentsin september itself and the amount to be credited to my account on 12.11.2020 till today have not received the amount where should I approach
Hi sir this is my policy number-363470722 Jan 2021 i took loan on this policy but this policy will be ending july-2022. can i refund the amount or difference amount only pay please confirm.
My policy number 722152901. Your employee Mr.Swamy called and informed me to furnish blank cheque to credit my money under buy back policy scheme. So given blank cheque to him in November-2020. Till today amount also not received and even Mr.Swamy not responding for my calls and messages. This is Fraud company and not customer friendly.

It has s very easy, please give a letter to 308 Branch and mention the branch to which you want to transfer. This would be done within a week time.
